“I fix business problems with technology”
I work in the overlap of People and Technology and help you fix broken things. Broken Projects, Broken Technology, Broken Process. Of course I also help Build things at the start so they don’t break later. They also call this Troubleshooter, Turnaround Specialist, Expert and a whole host of other words that essentially mean the same thing.

How Do I Know If I Need You?
What DO YOU DO?
I help my clients become more effective by better using their IT systems and services, in order to free up their time.
How Do I Know if YOur Consulting Is Right for Me?
Generally, if you like the content here and my news entries and other content show you things you’d like to achieve in your own life or work environment, then you will probably enjoy working with me. Just to make that easier why not talk to me in a free 30 minute discovery call.
Do You Only Work With Established Companies?
I work with individuals, entrepreneurs, small and medium sized business owners and small teams. We find ways to help them apply new tools and processes to their ways of working. This in turn means a better likelihood of delivering successful projects, feeling less stress and overwhelm and allowing them to focus on what’s important.
Do You Offer Ongoing Consulting Services?
Do You Invest In Startup Companies?
Rarely. I have done so in the past, but unless its immediately obvious I as an individual can make a significant contribution, I’m more likely to refer you to an investment specialist.

Somehow though, it produces a few successes...Read More
